Should we be shocked, you ask of us,
when children spilled from yellow bus
clamour at bell with books to class
where teacher drones no baptist mass --

Should we be stunned, you ask, if we
have schemed our schools religion free,
no prayer, no perdition taught,
no torture threat for kids who're caught --

Without the dread that we must stand
one day before a throne, be damned,
should we, without God's gunpoint rule,
startle at carnage in a school?

Hellfire: your only reason not to deal a death.
